hi!my mother's biopsy result during lumpectomyis grade 3 and measuring 30x25x20mm, i want to ask if what stage is it?.she had  undergone modified radical mastectomy and the result of this biopsy are ER-,PR- and no lymph nodes found,,and now she is receiving chemotherapy, .is it safe to have chemotherapy even if there is no lymph nodes found?
her drugs are neoquabin,fluorouracil-5, cyclophosphamide.

Yes, with this size breast tumor, that is invasive, and hormone receptor negative adjuvant chemotherapy is recommended according to current NCCN guidelines.
