nonspecific white matter in the brain

17 year old downsyndrome girl diagnoised bi-polar- adhd- violent behavior ( hitting others, banging head on walls,floor etc,cussing, running off from school teachers, throwing temper tantrums just to name a few things)  now mri shows nonspecific white matter on brain and doctors have no clue    girl has been on every medication known to man ( ritilin,prozac,well butrin, depacoate, and many more)  nothing seems to work what can we do???? please help
