Where do we turn for help

My son is suffering from many symptoms. He is 38 and has lost control of his left side of his face and his left eye has closed completely. He is having kidney pain and its had to urinate. He has been to a general physician, and an eye specialist, ran many blood test and an MRI and MRA with nothing showing up. I am very concerned. What kind of doctor does he need to see? The eye closure, he feels, is a result of something wrong either blood or nerves?
We just need to find the right kind of doctor to look at all these conditions and figure this out. This has been on going for weeks. He has suffered from joint and kidney pain before, and tested, and again, find nothing.
