abdominal pain

I have been having awfu abdominal pain for the last month or so. Not only do i have this pain in my abdominal left side, i also have it in my lower back. Im been vomiting, urinating frequently and exhausted. I was just wondering what this could be. I do have a cyst on my left ovaries shouldi talk to my doctor about getting it taken out?

I had similar symptoms and after removal of the ovarian cyst, I was much better. But I also had improvement after quitting caffeine and taking vitamin E daily. Your doctor should be able to feel the size of it to determine if it is pressing on your bladder.
