What is the best way?

I am 5' 3" and I weigh around 200.  I am a VERY athletic person.  I play volleyball 3 times a week, softball once a week and I run a mile every day.  I just had my 4th baby 3 months ago.  It seems that with every baby I put on a little more weight.  I am not depressed.  I have so many hobby's and talents, and I really do love my body.  I just can't seem to conquer this problem.  I have had my blood work done and there is nothing wrong with my thyroid or sugar levels.  Everything was normal, so I know it's something that I am doing wrong.  My question is how many calories should I be eating (I am nursing), How many carbohydrates are necessary in a day, what is the best eating lifestyle and is there any way to boost my metabolism?  I want to lose about 50lbs.  Any advice would be helpful!  Thanks for your time.

Exercise is great, and you should continue to enjoy your body in that healthy way, but it is not the way to lose weight...you can run for a mile and use 300 calories, but eat six hundred calories in 5 minutes....you only gain weight when you over- ride your biological hunger mechanism, and you only lose weight when you listen to your real hunger.  The over ride is emotional eating..its easy to overlook...that's what you have to pay attention too...so,if you want more information about that, read my blog on this site, or go to my website www.shrinkyourself.com
