Need answers please! My husband suffers from lower back pain, he's tried many things to aleviate the pain, some work some don't, he's been on and off work for over a year, I think his back pain might be triggered by his "binge drinking". Please tell me im correct.

Depends on what he does after he drinks... Does he sleep in a chair, throw up or anything else that would cause tightening of the muscles or spasms? Otherwise, I've never heard of a link between the two. He might want to look into yoga though. Sorry!
