IS PROGESTERONE 20 GOOD..??.

Just got (excited) call from RE ~ told me my Progesterone was 20 ~ they usually look for 10..??..all the #'s on here fluctuate both ways ~ anyone..??..they also told me to WAIT and test in a week then come in for positive blood test..??..

20 is good..showed that you ovulated.  However, pregnancy cannot be determined by progesterone levels..only HCG can. At least you know with a level over 20 you did indeed ovulate..that is the first step!

it is a good progesterone level. :) are you on fertility meds?

Typically your progesterone should be above 10 on an unmedicated cycle and above 15 on a medicated cycle.  20 is a great number.  Your progesterone is correlated with the number of eggs that you release so 20 means you have a great chance this cycle.  Congrats!  I hope this is your month!

so the level of progesterone is related to the number of eggs produced in the cycle? Man,  What if I got 120? with the help of clomid...
am I supposed to get scared?  I mean did I produce a huge number of eggs?

~Yes, I was on Follistim 300 and 2-Menopure then the Ovidrel ~ HOPING this REALLY takes~...thanx for the info ~ how soon will I be able to test..??..~they told me to wait a week......????

You should be able to get an accurate HPT around 14 dpIUI but many ladies start testing earlier.  If you have promising signs you can try testing at 12 dpIUI.

MOST DEFINITELY BETTER than the old "RE"(supposed) ~ think since I stocked up on them the last go-round I'll start on Monday ~ but don't know ~ so nervous ~ hoping this really DOES TAKE!~..thanx for the advice...
