cervical mucus

i have been ttc since jan.some months i feel thst there is inconsistency in the amount of cervical mucus during the course of the month.and this is seen esp aaround the fertile days. isometimes am confused about the eggewite consistency.so i need to turn to lubricants.at the same time i notice theres more secretion the night after sex..pl!!!s help
