For next pregnancy what can we do for our best?any special take care of it?when do we try?

i have had some occassional spotting (bright red) since Friday 4/11. I don't have any cramps. I just came back from my doc visit today and she did an ultrasound and said that it's because of subchorionic bleeding and sometimes it can take up to a week to stop. she also said that the baby's heartbeat was good and the uterus was expanded as it should be.but i had miscarriage last week and they did D&C.For next pregnancy what can we do for our best?any special take care of it?when do we try?

I don't understand-you said you had an ultrasound today and the baby's heartbeat was good, etc. but you had a miscarriage last week?
