Don't worry about it....It is a completely natural part of life. There is nothing to be scared of although I'm sure all of us were a little nervous about getting our first periods because we don't know exactly what to expect ....I know I was! There are many things that you may experience like cramping, being tired, moodiness, lower back pain, mild flow...heavy flow etc.....or you may be one of the lucky women who have easy periods. We're all different..but also the same time...we all bleed!!! In any case there's nothing to worry about and you shouldn't stress yourself out about it because whether you like it or not you will eventually get your period. Instead have fun and enjoy your life and when that time comes if you have any problems we're all here for you. But trust me you'll be fine and there is Nothing to be Scared of!
