Hello! I am 24 years old woman. I am married 15 months ago.  I have no child and my weight is 58 kg and my height 5 feet and 3 inches. Physically I am looking healthy. My body is not hard its looks like foam and fatty. Now these days I am facing a problem of Backache. Doctor's said yo me for MRI Test for LUMBO-SACRAL SPINE, so the result of MRI is MODERATE CENTRAL/LEFT DISK AT L4-L5; CAUSING MODERATE FOCAL THECAL / NERVE ROOT COMPRESSION AT NEURAL FORAMINAL LEVEL. I am taking 3 months complete bed rest but no result. My pain is still. So I wana be baby, but in this condition its not possible. Please help me and guide me. Thanks and Regards

You should get out and see a physical therapist. Have some traction, heat and perphaps low level laser therapy. If this does not help you may need back microsurgery or endoscopic surgery to get pressure off your nerves. This may help you return to more mobile and pain free status. You could then focus on loosing weight and doing more spine exercises eg aquatherapy (www.aquaphysio.com)
