anxiety or crazy?

I have had anxiety disorders for about a year know which turned quickly into agrophobia and then depression the agrohphobia has been easily handled but the depression and anxiety is hard. recently i have been feeling really weird and keep having thoughts that i am going crazy or loosing my mind. i haven't been to see my phsycologist for a while which usually makes things worst. can anxiety send you loopy? any answers will be greatly appreciated.

I have had anxiety for about 3 years. It turned into a phobia really quickly with me as well. I wint drive by my self or go to places that have alot of people. I suffered with depression for about 6 months and then it just went away. At times i feel like i am going crazy. You just need to tell yourself i am not going crazy it is just my brain. The brain is a powerfull device, you will get over it i keep telling my self it will get better. It has been a little better for about 6 months  you should but this book it has helped me
