they say i have a 2.8x2.6x3.7 anachroid cyst in my head.. an so i been havin severe neck pain an presurre  an headache is the cyst the cause of that. cause my doctor seem not be giving me the answers i need... an how do i know if i need surgery on that cyst or even if its big enough to worry bout it?  plaese give some answers that will allow me to sleep...thank you.

You should see a neurosurgeon. You may also need an MRI of the cervical spine as this may show slipped discs in the neck are the cause of your pain.

I would call your Dr. and ask those questions or ask him  to refer you to a neurosurgeon or a Dr. that can answer your questions.  I always said to myself "if this Dr. doesn't know the answers, then I want one that does".  GOOD LUCK to you.
