CT urogram results- what does it all mean?

I had a CT urogram with the results of bulky, heterogeneous uterus with prominence of the adnexa and free fluid within the pelvis. What does this all mean? I've been diagnosed with thyroid cancer just recently which is completely unrelated but now I am easily paranoid! Please help!!! I can't handle worrying about all of this!
