i have pain that comes and goes away on the left side. i have been constpatied. i was woundering if you can help me

Hi princess588,
Some of the common causes of left sided abdominal pain are constipation itself, diverticulitis, IBD and IBS.

Take planty of fluids and high fiber diet to get relieved of constipation. If pain persists , consult a gastro for complete evaluation.

Severe abdomen pain just below the navel and to the left. Very tender. Feels like someone pushing they[re fist in my abdomen and holding it there.Also radiating heat that will eventually travel around to my kidneys. Feels also like when I bend over hat there ie something inside me like a swallowed a ho baseball, with really sharp cramps at times
