i did the test after 6 weeks from initial exposure. i plan to get another kit as i find it quite confidential to use. i read from another thread and from averts that if it shows negative its very accurate. at least it give me temporary peace of mind. still considering whether to go for futher lab test or not. (my earlier screen test shows clear negative band)

Did the condom come off, or did you just notice a tear in it?
Where were the spots you had - were they genital or somwhere else on your body?
I know you want to know if you need further testing, but I can't answer that just based on the info you provided.
HIV tests would be about 90-95% accurate at 6 weeks.

so u mean for my case i can relly on the test result already rite as u say the exposure is quite minimal? i waiting for my 2nd test to be done b4 deciding for any futher real lab test. but the negative results from my first test did give me a slight relief and hope. Just hope my 2nd test will give me the same negative result. ordered express delivery kit to ease my anxiety. will update u all with the result.
