I have had scirosis on my penis for the past 10 years. It has badly effected mine and my wifes sex like. I have been to specialist and have used different creams, but they don't seem to work.
Recently it seems to be getting worse, and is very uncomfortable when I go to the toilet, and rubs on my under clothing and is very painful. It is absolutely hopeless even to try and have any sex life with my wife, it is just to painful and makes it worse.
Coul you please offer any suggestions.

I just need to clarify some points.
Do you mean sclerosis or psoriasis?
Lichen sclerosis of the penis may present as " small, subtle white spots ... These areas are usually slightly shiny and smooth. As time goes on, the spots develop into bigger patches, and the skin surface becomes thinned and crinkled. As a result, the skin tears easily, and bright red or purple discoloration from bleeding inside the skin is common."

Psoriasis may start as a reddish rash which may eventually scale.The scale may readily slough off and small pinpoint bleed may be noted on the wound. Similar skin condition may be noted in other parts of the body.
