Lab Results

I have had IBS and migraines most of my life. I tried a mostly gluten free diet for a year and then after going off the diet for about a month, I had and endoscopy and biopsy. The biopsy was negative for celiac. But my lab results 3 years ago and my repeat labs this year are as follows:

Gliadin AB IGA  5H  U/ML  Normal range 0-4
Gliadin AB IGG 10H U/ML  Normal range 0-9
Endomysial IGA Negative

On the mostly gluten free diet I felt better overall but no real change in the headache pattern. Any significance to the lab results? Or is there something else I might be missing or that I should be looking into?

Thanks

Your results are high and celiacs could definitely be the cause.  A "mostly" gluten free diet will not give you much insight; you need to go completely gluten free, no cheating, for at least a month and see if you feel better.
