wieght loss

my daughter aged 26 months. has gone of her food, she isnt eaten and refuses to drink milk. i went 2 my local gp practice as i was worried about the amount of wieght she was loosing. ( my daughter was 4wks premature, and is still in 6-9 months clothes, in which she has been in for approximely 15months).previous 2 my daughters 2nd birthday she had a severe ear infection and tonsilities.when i went 2 the gp he was worried that she had lost 2 and half pound in such a short amount of time.he prescribe her on pencillin 125mg 4 times a day. the gp reassured my self and my partner, that he would get this sorted and to return in a weeks times to see if she has regain some wieght. we were told that if he was happy that she will have 2 be refer 2 a pedictriction. a few days later my daughter was still detreainting so i took her 2the on call doctor.who examine her and couldnt see any reason for not 2 be eaten.
the on call doctor reccommed that i put my daughter onto formula milk, so that she is getting some nutrients and vitamins, but like myself lactose free milk sma Lf. i extremely worried about my daughter wieght loss from       24.5 Lb to 22 lb.  and this isnt the 1st time. no body seems 2 being answering my question of why my daughter has gone like this, from being such a good eater. and i was wondering if u could help please

Would you please state her height? Her weight is definitely underweight for her age; however, she was born premature. Recommend you have the MDs run blood work and tests on your daughter to see why she would be refusing to eat and then they would be able to properly treat her.
