missed abortion

please tell me I had pill 72 when I was 2weeks pregnant.after the 18th week I noticed greenish discharge and then brownish discharge which resulted into my missed abortion.please tell me weather this happened because of the pill or some infection.

Hello,

The pill would not have been related to a miscarriage. I suggest you talk to your ob/gyn about what might have caused your loss and if indeed you had an infection.
