Just wondering

Hi. Just found this site and thought I might give it a try. For the last month I have been experiencing some really strange things and wonder what else I can do. I have been having severe headaches that can last for days, I can not concentrate even when I don't have a headache. My balance is really bad and I am dizzy most of the time. I also have decreased sensation on the left side of my body. My anxitey level is very high. I was taken to the ER when symptoms first presented themselves. They ruled out a stroke and sent me home. I saw a Neurologist who did an MRI, MRA, an EEG,and a CAT scan. All came back negative, which I am very grateful for. I go back and see the Neurologist in a week. My Rheumatologist has tests that he would like her to do. I was diagnosed with SLE, and Fibro 10 years ago and was just wondering if anyone else has ever had something like this. If so, what was it? And how did you get through it. I feel like I am losing my mind.
