difficulty swolloing

Ater bypass surgery, my friend is not abe to wsallow in comfort. Totalk is alo uncomfortabe,as well as breathing! He has pain in his right ear, as well as a sore right shoulder and a lump at the deltoid area. the bypass was three weeks ago. Can you give me any info. One artry was completely blocked and bypass had to come from the botom area.(right art.) other two were 70 and 80 % blocked! He was told that his heart was like a screen.....Afraid?...Absolutly.
