Sleeping Trouble

I have been experiencing some trouble staying asleep, I would wake-up several times a night after a dream (not a scary dream, just a dream). I would feel palpitations and sometimes I would be shaking. I would hear my heart beats in my head. Very weird. It has been about 6 months now. Anyone know anything about this or had gone through this?
