The most common "blister" on the inner lips is called an apthous ulcer. It is also referred to as a "stress" ulcer. They typically last 7-10 days and can be quite painful. They heal without scarring within two weeks.
If it persists longer or you cannot find relief with over-the-counter medications you should see your dentist or an oral surgeon for a prescription.
