What are the precaution which should be taken after removal of each vein from both legs

Plastic surgeons usually do not do vein stripping or endovascular (laser) treatment for varicosities.  The usual post-op treatment is the use of compression stockings following the surgery.  A vascular or general surgeon could be more specific about details of their post-op care.
