This could be sweat dermatitis, sun rash or allergic reactions. Do the lesions itch? What kind of pain is there?
Has diabetes been ruled out?
Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions.
You could try some antihistamine medications and see if it helps with your symptoms. Use a medicated sunscreen whenever you go out and avoid sun exposure as much as possible.
It would be best to consult your doctor about your symptoms if they do not resolve and get a proper clinical examination.
