Heavy Bleeding and Pain 2 months after Novasure

by lizzie1030, Apr 28, 2008 12:15PM
Hello,
I had the Novasure on 022508 and on 042508 I started bleeding heavily with blood clots.  I called the doctor the next day was told to take Provera until the bleeding stops.  Today is Monday 042808, fourth dose of Provera, bleeding still heavy not like before and now pain in the lower area since 2am.  I called the doctor again, was told the Novasure didn't take keep taking the Provera.  I insisted that I see someone today regarding this since I feel there is no reason for me to be in so much pain.  Prior to the procedure I had very heavy bleeding but not this pain and I was taking the Provera before and it never stopped the bleeding.  Please advise since I will see a NP today not the physician that did the procedure.  Do I have reason to be concerned or is this normal?  Any advice would be welcomed!
