my father is having c4-5 & c6-7 cord compression & due to which he is not able to walk what is the solution

This really constitutes an urgent situation where microsurgery with decompression of the spinal cord should be carried out.
Please seek professional advice quickly from a Neurosurgeon in your vicinity.
