Oral Sex

I had this stupid incident with sex worker 3 months ago
We had only oral sex where in she suck it for less than a 2 min. and i fingered her My question is till this time i dint have any symptoms but what worries me it now after 3 months i had little pimple( or lymp nod???) on side of neack it doesnt pain and if i try to pop up it doesnt work it is solid in nature and if i pulled out i fill that it has not come from inside but it is in beneath of my skin , can some body sort it out or is it relative to HIV , and do i need to test now i really scares to do it it is almost 12 weeks from my incident now,

Quit messing with the little bump on your neck, if it bugs you so much juts go have the doc look at it. It isnt HIV related.
