red dots on scrotum

i have blood red dots on my scrotum . small little biger than a pinhead. they apear to be on the small viens but on the surface.if you rub over one with fingernail in bleeds slightly.have been there a few months . some itching accures when sweating  an after showering
please let me know

Doesn't sound like an std, but you should get it checked by your doc.
