If it is warts, your pap might be normal as the strains that cause visible warts aren't associated with cell changes on the cervix.
If it is warts, you probably won't ever know which guy gave it to you, and it doesn't really even matter. If your first partner gave it to you, then your second partner has already been exposed. If your second partner did, then he already has it, so you all won't re-infect each other.
