HELP!!!! Genital Warts?????

I am about four months pregnant, around the same time I found out I was pregnant I discovered a small wart-like growth  in my groin area. I dismissed it as an ingrown hair, but a few more began to appear. I researched it and decided that it must be skin tags, because many pregnant women get them. They look like skin tags, except that a few have been irritated by rubbing against my clothes, etc. Now I'm worried that it might be genital warts. I have been to the doctor's once since I discovered I was pregnant (they didn't want me to come in until I was about 3 months for some reason) and I was told that I'd get a pap on my second visit, which is coming up this week. I know that if it is genital warts my pap will be abnormal. Now, I have only had two sexual partners in my life, the first was three years ago, the second, the father of my baby, I have been with for two years, and as far as I know we have both been faithful the entire time. (and I'm about 99% sure, the only reason I'm having doubts is because of the bumps)  He hasn't had any bumps or rashes of any kind in his private area, and I've never had anything like this before. I know that if you contract HPV bumps my not appear until weeks or even months later, but is it possible that I was exposed with my first partner and it's appearing now? Or could it just be what I originally thought, skin tags, or even regular warts? Or maybe something else? Any ideas?

It really could be either warts or skin tags, and you won't know till you see your doc.

If it is warts, your pap might be normal as the strains that cause visible warts aren't associated with cell changes on the cervix.

If it is warts, you probably won't ever know which guy gave it to you, and it doesn't really even matter.  If your first partner gave it to you, then your second partner has already been exposed.  If your second partner did, then he already has it, so you all won't re-infect each other.
