50 MILE MARCH

hello, yesterday i did a 50 mile march carrying 10kg of dead weight. i managed to complete it but today i feel nausa, with a lack of apetite and a bit slow.
i have been drinking plenty of water and have been eating.
do you know wht could be wrong?

A 50 mile march is gruelling for anyone even if you are an ultra marathoner. You burn a lot of fat and it will take your body a few days to recover (it may take your muscles a couple of weeks). Pamper your body and eat proteins to help rebuild muscles.
