Bladder, womb and bowel prolapse

Have been diagnosed with all three prolapse, seeing spelialist possibly 8 - 10 weeks time.  Prolapse is fully down but still inside at the moment.  Having difficulty urinating, want to go when standing also having problem with bowel movements sometimes. Have also got IBS and thyrotoxicosis.  Will a repair work for me or will I need something more drastic-hope not.
