burning only after ejaculation

by bella250, Apr 28, 2008 04:26PM
Less than 2 weeks ago, I started having protected intercourse with a man.  Today he's told me that he's been having discomfort after ejaculating since right after our first encounter.  We did have unprotected oral, but I don't see how that could immediately have anything to do with his penis.  I've been tested for sexually transmitted infections, and don't have any symptoms.  He says he is not having any other symtoms, and I can't find anything on the internet with just that one symptom.  I have seen a lot of prostate problems pop up whenever I google "pain after ejaculating", and also on symptom check.  I did see where soap or lubricants getting into it could cause that sort of symptom.  I don't think much will come of this, but I'm still worried.  Any advice would be of great help.

He needs to go to the doctor for this.  Perhaps he's having a reaction to the condoms or the lube on the condoms.

I think I sent my last message wrong.  Sorry if this is a double.  He says he is experiencing this after masturbating as well as having sex.  I thought maybe the soap he is using to wash up afterward is bothering him.  Also, I've heard that everybody has different types and amounts of bacteria and yeast in thier bodies.  I didn't know if there was any way for him to react to mine, or if anything like that could even happen from oral sex or any sex at all.  I thought if there would be any sort of reaction, that it would react in his throat/mouth, and not his penis.  Maybe he is just overusing it lately?
Thanks.

He could be, but he really needs to get it checked.  Speculating won't help much, and he needs to find out what's going on.
