Freaking out! Need advice!

This is very embarrasing (sp?) but I am desperate for some advice since I cannot get in to the NP or doc before tomorrow.
I am 49, divorced and hadn't been intimate in 7 years. This past week my SO and I became so. Last on Wednesday. By Friday I could tell I had a UTI coming on (btw, I'm an RN of 25 years) and noted some soreness in the area of where I had an epis. years ago. By Saturday night I had a fever of 100.4 and horrible dysuria. I used the Sitz bath once. I got a script from the ER doctor for Bactrim and Pyridium, which the pharmace refused to fill the next day because she had neglected to put my name on them. Sunday night I went to work (really needed to stay home but we are get treated so bad for calling out) and got a new doc to rewrite them. Ran to Walgreen's and got the meds and took them.
Today after I had slept, I got up and showered and decided to take a look at the 'situation'. I was horrified. I have numerous bumps, some pustules, some that look like ones that have burst plus I can see more small lacerations in the introitus itself. Part could be that I had shaved the area prior to out 'encounter' and never usually do that. But the fact that I see a few of those same bumps inside ...well I didn't shave there. I've put Neosporin on it all, couldn't find the Bactroban.
My SO had no skin problems in that area so I don't think it is something transmitted but I am still totally upset. I'm afraid.
Please can anyone give me some advice or thoughts???
