WHAT CAN I DO TO FEEL BETTER?

by PHAR111, Apr 28, 2008 06:21PM
I was wondering what i should do next to get help to feel better for my fatigue and pain.
I have seen a rhemaologist- have ANA positive 320:1 and neucleolar pattern, RF is negative.normal IgG and IgM; no thyroid problems, slightly high cloride, slightly low bicarbonate, WBC 3.9; RBC slightly low also, urine positive WBC but negative nitrites
Symptoms: extreme fatigue, sleeping 12 or more hours a day, joint pain, stiffness, difficulty swallowing (i dont think its due to dryness- it feels like my esophagus just closes up,) raynauds in fingers and one toe, eyes burn and dry, ;  tendonitis in elbows and wrists with burning sensation and tingling; tingling from mid thigh down daily but not continuosly thoughout the day.urine; for the last couple of months urine has had white particles in it and sometimes foamy, often seems like a waxy layer floaing on top, no pain during urination, no frequent urination.; sores in mouth often
I feel like I'm a million years old! achy, stiff, hurting, tired
Thanks for thinking about it :)

Hello,

I just read your post and wanted to comment on it. With your ANA showing positive, & a low RBC, have you been tested for Vasculitis? Most Drs. do not know much about this autoimmune disease that has characteristics of Lupus, so you need to find a Dr. that has had some cases of Vasculitis. I see you are in Calif. but the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio specializes in Vasculitis. Many people from all over the US travel to the CC so keep that in mind.

Good luck and I hope this is not what you have. It almost killed me.
