My partner had this problem and is cured completely. He was desperate. The thing that is going on is something neurological that occures after this type of operation. Through oncontrolable neurological processes the whole floor of the pelvic gets into a spasm. The pain that comes from this sents more signals to get in a further spasm. In the Netherlands there are specialised people taht give treartements. My partenr had suffered a year and got lost whitin 3 treatments. From hell to heaven.
