I have a small, white, hard bump on my bottom lip. It will not pop like a pimple. I've had it for a couple of years and it's about the size of a pin head. My oral surgeon wouldn't remove it and my general practioner recommended an ENT. It truly looks like a permanent pimple. What's your thought on possible causes and removal?
