when does AF come back???

hey guys as some of you might know i had my baby boy in march, hes a 24 weeker Gabriele is doing fine he is now eating 21 cc every 4 hrs hes still on a vent but its a gentle one hes going towards the right direction so far so good nithing really major has come up and hopefully it will stay this way till hes ready to come home!
I thank everyone whos been supportive its been a long 42 days in the N.I.C.U. i know i still have a long time to go so i ask if everyone could still keep us in your prayers :)
My question is its been almost 6 weeks that i had the c-section i has my post up app. with my OB on thursday but im just wondering when should i be expercting my first AF?? i think i ovulated last week because i had that clear egg like discharge...and now im just wondering whats happening and plus i have PCOS is it ok to start back on met. to still help me regulate and hopefully shedd some weight it did help me the fitst time i was on it i lost 20lbs but it seems like lately because of the tension and the none stop worrying im eating more like my body still thinks im pregnant and i want this to stop! help anyone.

after the c-section i bled on and off for about 2 weeks so i think i should be starting soon!
