I need some help with my neck and back pains please!!

I have a question i'm about 4 months preganant and I'm having problems with my pain in my neck and my back what can I do to help it? I have tried putting a rug with hot water on it and rubbing it and I've taking some tylenol and tylenol pm please help I can't turn my head to the left or sleep because of it. This is my 3rd preganacy my other two where difficult as well my first one I had my son 1 month eairly cause of my blood pressure and sezirers sorry i can't spell to well any how he was 4pounds and 6.6oz and the next was for a friend of mine i carried for her cause she couldn't have kids and he was 6pounds and 4oz and both where c-section this time is so different its like my first even though its not i mean nothing is what i except it to be.
