Oral sex with escort & HIV risks?

Hi Dr. HHH,
i was quite please to read some of your thoughtful answers to questions on risks of HIV transmission through sex.
Recently i had some wonderful sexual encounters with 3 beautiful escorts. For one of them, i gave her an oral and in the moment of her excitement while licking her, i swallowed some of my own saliva perhaps mixed with some of her vaginal secretions . She was not bleeding as far as i noticed and neither did i have any cuts in my mouth.
However, the next day or 2, i noticed there were some small 'pimples' at the side of my mouth and later some bleeding (perhaps due to tearing of the side of my dry lips). My question therefore is, are there any risks of me catching HIV or any other STD diseases from this encounter? And if so, in future, what precautions should i take.
This occurred last Friday and since i've come home after a 16 hour flight, i've been feeling abit tired generally. Is this something to be concerned about?
For the rest of the time, we had condom protected regular sex. No anal.

3 months after i posted here i'm so happy to say that my tests for HIV1/2 antigen and antibodies have turned out to be NEGATIVE!!!
