FREELING OF SHOCK

hi, my sister 14 years old dealing with a problem of personality disorder (a kind of abnormal behaviour). intially every thing is fine but one bad day she faced with a accident. as he explained he felt a sudden "high voltage shock" .
details:
place of injury : about three inch above the eye and slightly left side.
blood lose     : slight blood lose wich was avoided by a cloth.
state after injury : no Unconsciousness after accident. no vomitting.
and i need advice on following things.
1) do any Superficial  injury such as above cause any brain damage?
2)why she felt "high voltage shock"?
2)what are the effect of such injury?
3)what are the consiquences of such injury?
4)is that abnormal behavior due to above mentioned injury?
5)if yes, how it can be treated?
please answer with possible details.

Hi Dear

The superficial injury that your sister suffered about three inch above the eye does not have to do anything with the problem of personality disorder. This type of superficial injury does not lead to any kind of brain damage. Hence, please relax and ask your sister also to take it easy.

For the abnormal behaviour and personality disorder, it is very prudent to consult a psychiatrist.
