EKG accuracy with a Interatrial septal aneurysm?

Results of test done are:  (Just curous about the 2008 test)

EKG  2001:  Female 5.5   34 yrs old    143 LBS.
Ectopic atrial rhythm, ? faulty V6 - omitted from analysis, changes V3-V4 are probably due to left ventricular hypertrophy but consider anterior infarction,   ST-T changes in inferior leads,  these minor changes are of equivocal significance only.  Summery: abnormal  *unconfirmed analysis

       EKG  2006:  Female 5.5   38 yrs old    164 LBS.
       Sinus rhythm, Possible left atrial abnormality, incomplete right bundle branch block, ST-T changes in inferior        leads, borderline abnormal for age and sex, interpret together with clinical data.  Summery: abnormal       *unconfirmed analysis


EKG  2008A:  Female 5.5   40 yrs old    157 LBS.
Sinus arrhythmia, probable normal variant, ST-T changes in inferior leads, borderline abnormal for age and sex, interpret together with clinical data.  Summery: abnormal  *unconfirmed analysis

EKG  2008B:
Ectopic atrial rhythm, sino-atrial 2nd degree mobitz ll block, possible old anterior infarction, ST-T changes in inferior leads, changes are abnormal for age and sex, interpret together with clinical data.  Summery: abnormal  *unconfirmed analysis
