Pregnancy after tubal

Hi doctor
I am a healthy 25 year old female. I had 2 previous healthy pregnacies then I had my tubes tied. My husband am I am looking to get pregnant again. What are my options and how rare is it to get pregnant again after the surgery I had? I want to go as natural as possible. Also what kind of cost am I looking at we have no insurance, but have money to pay for procedures.

I had tubal reversal surgery Jan. 08.  The cost was $6000.  You being 25 the chances are very good that you will conceive.  Good luck

You can have atubal reversal. It is said to be very effective. Each month you get a chance at pregnancy, based off of the effectiveness of the tubal.

I had my reversal in Houston, Texas by Dr. Rosenfeld.  He was great. His web site is rosenfeldmd.com. I filed with my insurance my self and got about $2000 back. So the surgery really cost $4000. This is my second month ttc. I am now 5 dpo. Any other questions i will be glad to help.

Have you heard of babies by levin? What do you think about them versus Dr. Rosenfeld?

Yes, I've heard of babies by levin.  The reason I went to Dr. Rosenfeld is because he is in Houston, Texas and I live only about 25 mile away. And after researching him, I couldn't find one negitive thing about him.  If Levin was closer I would have chosen them. Good luck with who ever you choose.

Thank you. Where do I find more information on good doctors close to ohio that will do the reversal. I am willing to travel but if I don't have to that would be better. $$ wise.

How i found Dr. Rosenfeld was i google tubal reversal in Houston, texas.  I would have traveld too if i had to, but after researching dr. Rosenfeld i felt confident in him. I know Dr. Berger is one of the best you can google his name and find his website. He is in NC. I was going to go to him until i found Dr. Rosenfeld.  He has alot of information on his website.  if i can help with anymore question i would be glad too.  good luck.

Did Dr. R use a stint or dissolvable stitches to reconnect the tubes?

Stephanie, I live in Ohio.  I went to Dr. Levin in Kentucky. We drove there in 4 hours stayed the night in the hotel, had surgery the next morning and stayed that night.. then left the next morning after Dr. Levin and his nurse came to check on me. It was a really great experience!! The surgery was right around 7000 and he gave me an 85% change at conceiving! I would recommend him to anyone. After I got my TR I ran into a friend from high school who told me there is a doctor in Marietta that did her cousin's surgery for $4000.00! Although I'm not sure who the doc was, I'm sure I could find out... Her surgery was a success too, she just had a baby in March!!
