Plan B, irregular bleeding

me and my boyfriend were having sexual intercourse about three weeks ago when the condom broke and he ejaculated so in the first 2 hours, I took the Plan B and about a week later I got my period. after finishing my period, the condom broke again and I took the plan B last week on Friday, on Saturday I was spotting and then it stopped it's tuesday now and I am bleeding again and it's only when I wipe but it's still bleeding ... is this normal? would this have any affect because of the Plan B, or could I be pregnant?
