Groin and hip pain.

by sassymother, Apr 29, 2008 12:31PM
I injured my back in a slip and fall in Feb 08, I have had 23 Physical Therapy sessions, I take a nerve root blocker and vicodin for my pain. I had an EMG which showed nerve problems stemming from the L4 disc. I am currently doing well with my back, the numbness in my right leg is getting better. Now I am having extreme sharp stabbing pains in my right groin and hip area. The nerosurgeon says he can't see anything on the MRI to support him performing surgery. I just can't live like this and was wondering if anyone out there has or has had this type of pain and what form or treatment did you go through to help.

I don't know what type of doctor to see next.....I need help!
