i have genital warts, but im still a virgin?

I had these warts as long as i could remember and never thought there was anything wrong with my penis. i thought they were bumps that would come and leave, but they haven't. it was until my last year of high school i found out that that i had genital warts. Confused i was, because the sex ed teacher kept saying it was a sexual transmitted disease and i never had sex. Depressed i became because there were many times i could've had sex but refused because i feared how embarrassed i would feel if the girls noticed them. i also developed this fear that the doctors are got to cut my penis off. I've kept this secret to myself long enough and now i ask for help. Can anyone explain how i got these warts to begin with? And i will go to the doctor as soon as i find the courage to. Anyone know about any free clients?

If you are a virgin, you can't have genital warts.
You can call your local health dept and ask what they offer for std services, or services for people without insurance.
