White Liquid Coming From Outer Corners of Eyes

For the last several years (about 4-5 years), I have had a white liquid coming out of the corners of both eyes.  The liquid comes out of the right eye the most.  It occurs daily, usually in the morning after I wake up and drink a couple of glasses of water.  It also occurs later in the day if I do not drink enough water throughout the day and become dehydrated.  The presence of the white liquid at this time of day alerts me to drink more water.  After a few minutes, the white liquid disappears.  I run an average of 40 miles per week and live at 5000 feet in Colorado.  The liquid is a watery substance, it does not feel granularly or fatty.  My eyes have never been red, itchy, sore, or dry.  There does not seem to be any irritation or inflammation anywhere in or around the eye.
