Placenta Previa worry

by natasha89, Apr 29, 2008 05:33PM
I have mild bleeding with no back pain yesterday morning, went to docs and got internal which says my cervix is still closed. However I am still bleeding today with little to mild back pain coming on and I am due to have an ultrasound this morning. After surfing the net and relating my symptoms to possible reason it seems to match placenta pervia, though I am no doctor. Help! how dangerous is this at this time if I have it and what can be done?

The placenta can move alot during pregnancy.  I had a friend who had this and it moved away by the time she delivered.  Just monitor and keep an eye on it.
