OT: Anyone trying to potty train your toddler before baby arrives??

My 21 mon old son is showing readiness to toilet train but he is still yet young. But getting him out of diapers before October would be great! Any suggestions??? I am scared if he is not trained when the baby arrives, it will be a long time before he will get trained. He is a very smart child and I really believe he is ready. Anyone else have any obstacles to overcome before having another baby?? He also sleeps in the bed with me and my husband which is something else we have break before October too!! Any suggestions for that would also be great!
